My Mom, Mabel Horton, purchased a 2025 Subaru last week and she was really disappointed in the experience, as was I. Lex in finance tried to make her feel guilty by saying he was on his lunch break helping her, even though she was spending over $40,000! So rude and unprofessional! My Mom was not planning on buying the car that day and it took over two hours. She also did not want the extended warranty, but was talked into it by Lex or Kade, which she later had to cancel.
