11/24 Was more then happy and excited with my deal for a 2025 outback today but when they made a mistake on my order and told me that they would not compensate me for the time and inconvenience that they caused after telling the salesman and finance person DO NOT do this several times they still damaged my brand new vehicle by adding on something I told them not to add on. My husband left a pretty scathing review about how horrible this service department is, and I just wanted to add to it. Due to this dealerships incompetence and negligence, I have now not only convinced over five of my friends and relatives to no longer service their Subaru vehicles at either dealership, but also ensured that my relative who was about to purchase a brand new Subaru to switch to another brand AND dealer.
