Had a fantastic experience at the Regent Location. Usman, Neil and Jasmine were all extremely kind and eager to help. Usman was highly knowledgeable about the vehicles here, was very patient, and easy to deal with. Would recommend anyone to come here for their purchase, I am very satisfied with mine.
Disappointing Service at Jim Pattison on Regent We are dissatisfied with the service we received during the delivery of our new Subaru this week at Jim Pattison on Regent. We were dealing with Safiur and Mona. Several issues have left us frustrated and disappointed. Made an appointment to test drive a vehicle at 1pm. We checked in right at 1pm and sat there for over 30 minutes while the salesman was doing who knows what. Left after being ignored. Thanks for the outstanding service Jim Pattison.
