Edit to add, I tried emailing and phoning the manager who reply to this review. I haven't recieved any response after nearly 6 months. I took time off work after speaking to the service advisor to make a very specific appointment to have an interior rattle that only occurs at full throttle on my BRZ looked at. It was very specific as I requested I drive the car with a technician riding along as I don't want a stranger doing a bunch of full throttle pulls on my car. RED FLAG for all Jim Pattison Subaru dealerships! My Mom, Mabel Horton, purchased a 2025 Subaru last week and she was really disappointed in the experience, as was I. Lex in finance tried to make her feel guilty by saying he was on his lunch break helping her, even though she was spending over $40,000! So rude and unprofessional!
