The customer service was fine however I am finding out that the work done was not quality. I took my vehicle here for a claim after a wildlife collision. As part of the claim they were to fix my air conditioner and replace some cosmetic parts on the front end. The air conditioner broke twice shortly after and they told me I was on my own. Now, years later I finally took it to a real mechanic to get fixed. He was shocked at the poor quality of aftermarket parks they used, and mentioned they were all cheap aftermarket parts. Had the pleasure of dealing with Shayna while my car was being repaired. She kept me up to date during the process and my vehicle was completed in a very reasonable time! A loaner was provided and my car was cleaned which was above and beyond! Hopefully I don’t get into another accident but if I do. I will bring my car back here!
Very polite, courteous, and efficient. I just purchased my very first brand new vehicle ever. With less than 2000 KM, I got rear ended at a stop light, and someone dented my side in a parking lot. I was so upset, but Jim Pattison Collision took care of it all for me. Including taking care of hiring a car service to get me to and from work. Shout out to Sarah and Shayna for their attention to detail and wonderful customer service. Thank you to the full team, my vehicle is like new again :)
