Very kind and helpful staff.
I have brought my vehicle there before and they did a great job. However this time it was different. They did a great job removing my dent on my driver side door and the edges of my drivers side and rear drivers side. Staff was friendly but lack of communication with my vehicle with an update and then there was an issue with my blind spot monitor that turned up as they finished with my vehicle. Like it, associates are good. On time mostly.
The customer service was fine however I am finding out that the work done was not quality. I took my vehicle here for a claim after a wildlife collision. As part of the claim they were to fix my air conditioner and replace some cosmetic parts on the front end. The air conditioner broke twice shortly after and they told me I was on my own. Now, years later I finally took it to a real mechanic to get fixed. He was shocked at the poor quality of aftermarket parks they used, and mentioned they were all cheap aftermarket parts. Had the pleasure of dealing with Shayna while my car was being repaired. She kept me up to date during the process and my vehicle was completed in a very reasonable time! A loaner was provided and my car was cleaned which was above and beyond! Hopefully I don’t get into another accident but if I do. I will bring my car back here!
