Terrible Service. Had my appointment moved 2 times on me as they "weren't able to provide a courtesy vehicle". I called to have my claim dropped so I could go to another repair shop and they wouldn't drop the claim and promised a vehicle for my upcoming appointment date. Once I come for my appointment, they tell me it will be MAXIMUM two weeks. I get a called around the 2 week mark that my vehicle is not ready and i need to come back because they need my courtesy car back. I go to the office and they take the current courtes... read more

*LATEST UPDATE BELOW*  June 3rd, 2026  So I was promised several times I was going to have a courtesy vehicle… even confirmed again when they booked me in to bring my car for the repair as the parts finally came in… when I get there I get a nice surprise saying they don’t have any… after taking the time off work to deal with this, I was told they only have rentals and that they would pay the rental, however they didn’t also tell me I need to pay $6 mandatory per day insurance fee from the rental place and a $500 deposit ho... read more

The work they do is excellent but the rest is horrible! There is always always a reason why the vehicle isn't ready when they say it is going to be Unfortunately i've used them a few times and every time there was an excuse on why it wasn't ready For the work that had to be done there is no way it should have taken that long!!! And then they send the uber to the wrong address Twice!!! They don't call you when something supposedly happens to delay the service!
