Jim Palmer was an answer to prayer for me and my team mate. They are the essence of what a TRUE trucking company is all about. They treat their people and drivers like family. The driver's are the ones that they focus on and NOT just the bottom line or how much freight they can move. Everything is kept in its proper place of priority.
I talked to a cool friendly person. His name is Grant. He told me Everything that he knew about the Company and offered me that He would do his best to get me a brand new truck. Well I got that truck. Im Leasing a 2017 Peterbill 587. I love my new truck. In Jim Palmer your not a number you are part of the growing family. Im happy here.Way better then CRST.

I waited until my kids were on their own to start my career but I loved every minute of the training!!! Got my CDL first shot due in no small part to the trainers! Their great!! Thank You guys!!!
Jim Palmer has been a fantastic place to work. Everyone at the terminal feels like family. My recruiter Ellen keeps tabs on me even now that I'm out of training, and the other drivers are a blast to hang out with at the terminal or when we bump into each other on the road. I'm finally financially stable and I'm getting to see incredible places every day and loving every minute!

Waiting to see if they are truly everything they say they are, hopefully will see improvement after a month of below minimum revenue.
