I've never kept a doctor as long as I have Dr. Kennedy. Moving around has caused me to switch, but sometimes a feeling of doctor apathy has changed my mind. Dr. Kennedy doesn't sugar coat problems, but he's patient with me and thorough in our discussions. He treats me well even though he's had to be firm in his instructions.
I have visited him many times over the last 14 yrs. He is a great listener and a great doctor. I highly recommend him!
Terrible! Gets very defensive and rude if you ask questions. Not good with sensitive issues.
He arrange his to schedule to fit me in. Was willing to answer my questions and give me options. Took his time with me and is always showing a caring attitude. Staff very friendly and helpful and efficient.
Went to him cause I was having issues with my arms and I couldn't get into see the other doctor. He gave me an anti-inflammatory and wanted me to schedule a routine visit since it has been a year since I saw one of the doctors in the office. Went and saw him for that and told him the anti-inflammatory wasn't working. He did a bunch of blood work at the routine visit and didn't even address the issue I am really worried about. Dr. Cheryl Johnson had cared for my family for 25 years. From a baby who quit breathing who now grown and married, to my husband who survived an open heart surgery. She has always been kind, caring, relatable, and though in providing the top treatment plan possible. When she comes into the patient room, you are the only one on her mind. She takes jet time, listens, and cares for you as if her only patient. She is never rushed, providing incredibly top care and service.
I would give less than one star if that were an option. Dr. Ngatuvai was abrupt, rude, and couldn't have cared less about my concerns. When I asked about a hernia, he never checked and said I was just over-weight. When I asked about my knee (I had recently injured it) he said probably osgood schlaughters from when I was young. I wouldn’t recommend going to him for anything that you’re not already certain about. I don’t normally see him so this might just be an off day but he didn’t seem particularly competent to me. I mainly needed to refill a prescription, but then after he ordered the meds I brought up some other medical concerns and getting any input from him was like pulling teeth.
He’s very thoughtful and caring. My favorite thing is that he listens to what you say rather than jumping to conclusions!
