I got a polish change here because I had a gift card. When the tech started polishing my nails, I said, don’t you use the file to rough the nails. She smirked at me, not understanding. She put one bottom coat on one hand when I said I again, “you don’t use this anymore?” Pointing at the file, she said no. She asked me if 2 coats what good, which I thinks a tech should have been her decision. I paid at the end and brought up again about no filing. I’ve been going to Jim Nails for a couple months now. I was recommended by a friend. Definitely my go to spot now. They are clean, efficient, kind, and do fantastic nails. You can get simple regular nails and pedicures. Or intricate nail art, and luxurious pedicures. I normally walk in, and they always accommodate me quickly. They even offer wine if you’re interested! I had to post my most recent Gel X set! Please check them out if you haven’t!
