We were so blown away by the service of this particular Jim n Nicks. We were not anticipating the system of how they do things with the order your food and then sit down. It was more like a to go place than a sitdown restaurant. This was a pleasant surprise though… not to mention how fast we get her food and how good it was even the people that helped us clean up and brought our food were fantastic! I am a fan of this format and will definitely be back at this location.
Wonderful experience ! The staff made us feel super special and made us laugh. The food was delicious, even the next day! We got complimentary cheesy cornbread muffins that melt in your mouth! The onion rings were the best I ever had.
Forgot part of my order in the drive thru …… and when I drove all the way back I got maybe 10 cubes of watermelon. Then on top of that they really; I kid you not charge a “packaging fee” Oh and their survey link magically does not work.
I had a great experience at Jim ’N Nicks in Athens, GA! The food was absolutely delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and enjoyable. Everything came together for a really great dining experience. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend Jim ’N Nicks to anyone looking for good food, great service, and a great atmosphere!
