Melissa, is the BEST !! I got food Monday and wasn’t happy with the quality . I called back asked to speak to a manger , Melissa answered and with no hesitation listened to me , apologized and then gave me information to get my order corrected !! MELISSA ROCKS , the ABSOLUTE BEST ATTITUDE, ABSOLUTELY BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE HAD IN A VERY LONG TIME !! I will most definitely be coming back ! I give two thumbs up 👍🏽 👍🏽😃!! Thank you so much for correcting the problem and the Food was great today !!

Just left after waiting about 15mins at the window to get my food. I ordered 1lb of riblets, Mac n cheese, potato salad. I get to the house and open my box I have 1lb of burnt ribs 🤦🏾♀️. The last two times I ate here the food was terrible‼️‼️‼️‼️

Beware the price gouging...Apparently, a two meat combo to go no longer includes two meats, two sides, the to go box/bag or plastic ware. There is the base charge for the combo $18 plus an additional charge for your meat choice, additional charge of $3 for each side, and $2 bagging charge. Add tea and dessert for $3 and $4 respectively, and it's $33 out the door for one meal. Called to verify and the dining room manager said all charges were correct. We will never eat here again. Who can afford too??

So I’m out of town working thought I’d try this place... I got the combo 3 meat , the waitress didn’t say there was an up charge for brisket or ribs I can bbq better
Stayed in the drive thru line almost an hour & when I finally was able to place an order they had no more ribs & that is what I wanted.
