It took a waitress 10-15 mins to acknowledge us. Once she finally showed up she was sweet, however everything I attempted to order was out. I ordered a chicken tenders kids meal with Mac and cheese and fruit punch to drink for my daughter and Brunswick stew for myself. The stew, fruit punch, and Mac and cheese were out at 7pm!! A group of 20 celebrated our Pastor Birthday. We had two servers and one of the server left and never came back. We waited a hour to be seated because the other party didn’t want to leave. The drinks order took a hour and food took a hour and 45 minutes. The manager took 50% off the tickets but the experience was AWFUL!
Food was delicious. I had the pulled pork, my husband had the brisket & smoked chicken. Chicken was moist, brisket melt in your mouth. The biscuits were great. We will definitely be back.

Well, the place smelled good, but I didn't get to try the food. I called in an order, went to pick it up at the designated time (30 minutes from call-in), and waited another twenty minutes for the crew to figure out where my order was (alongside several other customers in the same situation) before walking out. The server manning the to-go station seemed to have no idea what was going on, and the guy who seemed to be a manager was wandering around like he didn't care.
