I love the food. The portions for an order of onion rings used to be good for the price of $5. The last 2 times that I ordered them, I received a total of 6 or 7 onion rings. So that is an average of about 1 1/3 onion rings per dollar. Why an up charge for onion rings that results in a downsize of the portion that the customer gets? Your loyal customers like myself would greatly appreciate more bang for our bucks. :)

Prattville food is great, however the drive-thru window leaves a lot to be desired. Lots of complaints I hear about the service and the attitude of the employees running the window. Talk about rude and no thank you, have a nice day or anything! Too many BBQ places to have to settle for this type treatment.
Those biscuits are simply the best. On my 3rd visit I ate nothing but biscuits. The rest of the menu is pretty stellar as well.
The waiter and food were slow. The food was not very good,what they did have in stock. I would not recommend!

We went in for a quick lunch. Unfortunately waited 30 minutes for a server. another server came by and picked up our table along with his own section. I used to serve and know the struggle of picking up someone's slack. He was very nice, very attentive and just wonderful. Food came out quick and fresh.
Michael Toy is the best bar tender! He knows what he's doing and is very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend sitting at the bar and enjoying a meal and some drinks!
