Not going back, hello Dreamland! Can't handle a group of more than eight people, waitress disappeared, had to ask another waitress for silverware, napkins, refills, and this was after we'd been sitting for an hour.
Service was great food was excellent i went in straight came out full as a tick
I have no idea how the food is. I have been in the drive thru for 30 minutes this is ridiculous I will not be back
Our favorite place to eat when we come to visit parents in Montgomery. The manager always comes go speak to us and take our drink orders. Food is great -- biscuits and pie are also the best.
I usually love their BBQ but tonight, waited in the drive thru 45 minutes. Requested no pickles on the brisket sandwich-got pickles....the fries had so much garlic salt on them that I threw them away. Waited for 20 more minutes from the time that I placed my order to when I got to the window for it. Figured that there was more than enough time to have my order ready (&correct) by the time I got to the window.... However, my Dr. Pepper was perfect! The customer service at this location was horrible on 2/27/16!! The hostess was very rude and said she was not sure if she could accommodate our party of 16. Then the manager who was just as rude as she was, told us that there was a party of 40 in the back so we would have to wait until they were finished. We were fine with waiting. That wasn't the issue.
