I received the wrong order. When I called Jim n Nicks the first time I was left on hold for 15 minutes. Called from a different phone and was told they were busy with customers inside the restaurant. When I explained that I am just as much of a customer as the customers inside the restaurant the worker agree to get a mgr. The manager, Katelyn, came to the phone and said she was going to the office to look it up and hung up after acting like she could not pull the ticket. Me and my daughter go to Jim and nicks often. The food is always good but service is poor. Can never get tea refills or salt and pepper or anything extra we ask for. We went last week and were seated but never had a server even stop by our table to get our order. The servers and hostess were walking right by us over and over and not even acknowledging us for at least 30 minutes and they were not busy. When you can get full seating, with a complete staff. Then maybe. It’s not worth waiting outside, while three quarters of the tables are empty. Due to liberal science and news media.
We went through the Drive Thru tonight and waited quite a while, it’s a busy night. I ordered the Family Feast BBQ and got home and we had chicken fingers and potatoes. Although it looked delicious, my girls are Celiac and we had a specific order so they could eat and enjoy. I called and spoke with a manager and they made my order right and delivered it to our home. That’s exceptional customer service and we appreciate their effort!!!

Melissa, is the BEST !! I got food Monday and wasn’t happy with the quality . I called back asked to speak to a manger , Melissa answered and with no hesitation listened to me , apologized and then gave me information to get my order corrected !! MELISSA ROCKS , the ABSOLUTE BEST ATTITUDE, ABSOLUTELY BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE HAD IN A VERY LONG TIME !! I will most definitely be coming back ! I give two thumbs up 👍🏽 👍🏽😃!! Today not only did I enjoy a great lunch, but witnessed a great thing. While eating, I saw Brittany run to catch a girl who had left her ring sitting on the table. This truly showed her honestly character becoming of a worker. I made sure to thank her for the act I witnessed and hope this review reaches the right person.
