Another great meal with great service! Brisket was not the best.
Decided to give the Drive-Thru at this location one more opportunity to get it right! Placed my order at the drive through tonight at 6:50 p.m. The nice lady read my order back to me twice and all was correct. Picked the order up and when I got home it was not correct. I should have pulled over in the parking lot got out of my car and checked the order before I left the parking lot! My family usually enjoys eating here but this time our food was luke warm at best when it was brought to the table. They were not busy so I expected more. The server was very sweet & did her job well. Hopefully next time it will be better.

I have been eating here about 2-3 times a month for the last 1.5 yrs, generally at drive thru. The reason for the 1* is the service is horrible and extremely long wait times at drive thru! Every time we have come to Jim n Nick's drive thru the order has been wrong. The past two times, there has been a bone in one of our chicken sandwiches. The person or people working the drive thru really need to learn how to run a register, learn to take simple requests, or maybe new management is needed! Edit*** The manager contacted me promptly and has made amends for this one unfortunate experience. I appreciate the kindness and customer service and hope to have a better experience in the future. Just went through the drive thru... Got home my sandwich was mostly fat and there's a huge piece of bone... Glad I didn't bite into that. Really disappointing.
