RecommendedHad dinner with friends last night at the Montgomery location. Our service was excellent and we had an enjoyable evening. While on Facebook this morning I noticed that our server, Amanda, had tried to contact me. I had left my debit card and she was trying to let me know. I called the restaurant and they had locked it in the safe overnight for me. I am very grateful for this kind gesture.

RecommendedCame to Charlotte to celebrate our sisters birthday. We decided last minute to try Jim N Nick’s. We had22 in our party. We were seated quickly. Our wait staff was wonderful, taking very good care of us. Our glasses were never empty and plates were cleared once we were done. The food was awesome and they give you plenty. We will definitely be stopping in n again.

We’ve been sitting in the drive-thru for over 25 minutes waiting on ONE salad at 3:30! Being the only car in line and no cars in the parking lot, we expected quicker service, but as ALWAYS, it is ridiculously slow. I refuse to give another dime to this place.
As much as I like the food, we will not be going back after today. The manager was very rude. We had been sitting at our our table for over 20 minutes while everyone else around us was getting their little biscuit things. I finally had to ask someone for them. When the manager finally brought them to us...he never even apologized...sat them down and looked at me and said these are complimentary and you don't pay for them soo...well that is not the point.
