Hair in cheddar rolls served, waitress didn’t acknowledge it and seemed agitated that we brought it to her attention. No apology, no courtesy. I have been in the past and has a more positive experience. Also, I had family from out of town and they were not impressed at all.
It took a waitress 10-15 mins to acknowledge us. Once she finally showed up she was sweet, however everything I attempted to order was out. I ordered a chicken tenders kids meal with Mac and cheese and fruit punch to drink for my daughter and Brunswick stew for myself. The stew, fruit punch, and Mac and cheese were out at 7pm!! I can see one thing it but several and it wasn't even slam packed with guest. I understand you guys have catering order to get out but geesh. I left hungry and unsatisfied.
