Took them almost 10 min to acknowledge us at our table. They were not busy. We got our food in a decent amount of time & it was good. I ordered a piece of pie & after 10 min Steve went to just get our check so we could go, she had just put it in, & told Steve, they are having to top the pie. From where?!?! She said “if you’ll wait a few more minutes, they’ll have the pie topped”. Really?!?! It had already been over 10 min!!! So I left without my pie. 😢

Well, the place smelled good, but I didn't get to try the food. I called in an order, went to pick it up at the designated time (30 minutes from call-in), and waited another twenty minutes for the crew to figure out where my order was (alongside several other customers in the same situation) before walking out. The server manning the to-go station seemed to have no idea what was going on, and the guy who seemed to be a manager was wandering around like he didn't care.

We have used Jim and Nicks multiple times for big take outs. After they finally have gotten the order right, food is good. Today, my wife made an order and they told her they could only “guarantee” part of the order. Told her she could not order 2 pounds of white meat chicken, only one and the rest will be mixed.
