Food was great
The atmosphere was very peaceful for a BBQ place during my first visit. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food was also ready within 10 minutes, and it was delicious. Compared to other BBQ places, this one was reasonably priced. I’d definitely come back!
I’ve been eating at Jim ‘N Nick’s for over 25 years in many different locations, and their BBQ potatoes have always been some of the best in the South - big enough for two, with great southern sweet tea and cheese biscuits to start. Update: I was really disappointed to learn they no longer serve jalapeños with the potatoes (-1 star). Jalapeños are inexpensive, but they add so much flavor and are a big reason I’ve always ordered them. Management really needs to address this.
