Do not involve yourself with this so called Builder. We made the mistake and he turned our dream house into a nightmare. Now he is ignoring us and not fixing issues within our home, which there are significant issues. Ultimately, we have no other option to have him fix the issues except for now making it a legal matter which is a shame. I can't understand how he is business.
Rick Miller of Jim Miller Custom Builder, deserves to be cautioned. He is a nice person at first, seems interested and understanding, however, then he turns a complete 180. Take my advice and watch out.
