I enjoyed living at one of Jim Mayhall's Properties for about 2 1/2 years. Very nice, understanding people that will work with you. Reasonable rent prices and I was able to keep deposit since I kept the house very clean. Take care of their houses and there are no issues!

Always helpful and understanding, great landlord offering a personal rental experience. I've appreciated the family owned atmosphere (so hard to find a non corporate rental entity who still functions to an acceptable standard) since before I even began renting from the Mayhalls. Showed me the house I was interested in and several others in comparable price range with no pressure and an open discussion about my needs and what they offered. We truly appreciate their service. They been great people to us since day 1. We is so grateful for the Mayhall family & staff. They has blessed us with a great house which we had turn in a loving home for our family. And if any lil thing go wrong, they come out and fix it. If you looking for a great house and caring landlords....The Mayhall will help you. They have & still is a blessing to us.

I couldn't let another day pass and not say how blessed my family and I have been to know the Mayhall family! I'm offended by the "racism still alive in Alabama folks" comment. Every family member I've met or had to deal with has treated my family as if we were family and we are definitely not the same race. I've never felt, in any instance, that they see color. My fiancé and I applied. We were originally given an approval and then told 2 hours later that we were denied due to an eviction. I provided a case document with a judge’s signature showing that I did not have an eviction none whatsoever. We met income requirements, rental history amazing, and clean backgrounds. We were told we were denied a second time because I wasn’t working and my fiancé had only been on his job for 7 months.
