I bought my jeep there brand new. I purchased an extended warranty that did not include oil changes. I was told my extended warranty was cancelled but when I pushed they researched and discovered that it was in fact still in effective but did not include oil changes. Did not receive an explanation as to why I was told it was cancelled nor date it was it supposedly cancelled.
