Jim Kryshak and Tara Smith is such a great store for us in so many ways. They helped design my wedding ring (married 6 years and still get compliments weekly!!), provided gifts for my bridesmaids, and help me recive my beautiful Pandora braclet and many memorable charms through the years! My boyfriend went into the Wausau store for a ring for me. He put a down payment on a ring he fell in love with, before coming to pick it up & pay it off. - When he returned someone had already sold this ring , with no good explanation. They did give his money back , however he was VERY upset .. as he had his heart set on this specific piece of jewelry for me. We definitely will not be going back for any future purchases.
I went in today to purchase a birthday gift for my best friend. I was in the store for probably 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. There were several customers present but not one person could even manage a simple "hello, we will be with you shortly" in my direction. Then the person that did decide to help couldn't seem to care less about showing me things I wanted to see. I seemed to be more of a bother to her than anything. They totally back their products & promises. My experiences with JK amaze me. My grandpa was an investor when they first opened; he helped their company somehow & so our family was always instructed to patronize JK. My grandpa was a smart man. I am so pleased with JK.

A few days ago the necklace that my grandparents got for me right before I left for basic training 4 years ago broke. So, I just stopped in at Jim Kryshak Jewelers to see if they could fix it. I was waiting for awhile and then Sophie came back out with my necklace fixed and said I didn’t owe anything! Them doing that for me means more than what I can put into words!

From the second I walked in, everyone was so friendly. I worked with Julie to create my engagement wish list, who then worked with my husband for the purchase. We also worked with her for our wedding bands, resizing and finally my second band! All I can say- OUTSTANDING customer service and work. My ring is more beautiful than I ever thought possible.
