Didn’t run my name correctly during a credit check, and my girlfriend and I were now unqualified for the apartment we paid to put an application to. I called Jim back and figured out he misspelled my name, and he said he would fix it and call back. After a few days of not hearing back I call again, he said it’s delayed because of Memorial Day weekend and he’d call me tomorrow when he got home from vacation. No call. It’s a shame I even have to conjure up this review. Although I can assure you from my experiences, it’s been nothing but a complete waste of time. My husband and I applied for an apartment. We were COMPLETELY upfront about our situation. Our credit isn’t good but we provided formidable proof of employment, credit history, and whatever was requested. Never called us back.
