We just bought 5+ acres from Jim Jean and could not be happier. The process was VERY EASY. We bought a lot and our friends bought the lot next to ours. Doug answered all our questions and ensured that the process was smooth. If you are looking for land in North Florida, I would recommend getting on their mailing list so you could buy property as well.
