Awesome Services Brought our car to these guys after reading the reviews here - very glad we did. They got us right in and did the repair work that was needed, and they got it done quickly which was great b/c we are a 1 car house. Simple and easy - couldn't ask for more. We will definitely be back.

Jim & Jack's Collision Ctr does good work I have used Jim & Jack's a couple of times. Both times they did good work but they were a little slow. They took a little longer getting my car back to me than I would have preferred. But they did good work.

AMAZING I trusted Jim & Jack's Collision Center, this is my 4th visit here. People are very nice, fast but quality work. I had my car painted here and the result was amazing! They helped me to call car rental place to pick me up and they arrived in minutes. The job was completed earlier than expected. It's amazing, it looks brand new again! Thanks Jim and Jack's! You are highly recommended!!!

An amazing place with amazing people. An amazing place with amazing people. I don't know much about body shops, which is a good thing but these guys really WOW'ed me. I had my vehicle repaired through a GEICO claim and the insurance company was the one that initially referred me to Jim & Jacks. Honest, Freindly & Great Work I had just picked up my brand new BMW from the dealership a week ago. As I was driving home I was severely rear ended. Excellent Service I really love this place! I have had my car fixed here several times and they also do top-notch work! And most importantly they are HONEST people. Jim quoted me a price that was thousands less than I got from another place. Visit Jim and Jack's if you need body work done!

I had my car repaired at Jim and Jacks. It was a great experience. They are a great company to work with. The person that I dealt with was Abel Ascencio. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. He communicated with me during the entire process, letting me know about the progress on my car. He provided excellent customer service. My car looks beautiful! I would highly recommend Jim and Jacks and Abel Ascencio.

J&JCC is the best body shop in the area. Their customer service is impeccable and this has been carried through during pandemic. They are accommodating, quick, professional, friendly and deliver best in class quality with their work. I bring in my Tesla for all body shop needs here. I recommend them to my friends, family and colleagues. I even drive up from Laguna Beach to bring my vehicles to them for care regardless of extent (simple scratch or major collision).
