I had my car repaired at Jim and Jacks. It was a great experience. They are a great company to work with. The person that I dealt with was Abel Ascencio. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. He communicated with me during the entire process, letting me know about the progress on my car. He provided excellent customer service. My car looks beautiful! I would highly recommend Jim and Jacks and Abel Ascencio.
So, was sitting here for over an hour and a half today, waiting to have 1 tire changed after setting an 8 am appointment......When the worked on my car they installed a non run flat tire, when my car requires run flat tires. Seems like something they should know as a place that's been in business for 50 years. Oh, and it only took them 4 weeks and two tries to get the correct tire....

Great service! The communication was more than expected. I received text message status on my repair, and the staff was friendly. They even washed and detailed my car, which was unexpected. Professional and a warranty on their work.
