Jim Hudson Lexus of Augusta service department is awful. I have been there twice and had the worst experience ever. I usually go to Hendricks Lexus in Charlotte. Jim Hudson doesn’t compare to the level of service you get at Hendricks. Service personnel at Jim Hudson Lexus Augusta are unreliable and don’t care about customers. Excellent experience, this is my second purchase at Lexus. Mr. John is the best. My first Lexus (Is 350 -2020) was a total loss in a car accident. They were very kind and empathetic, and Mr. John gave me a lot of support and I got my 2024 E-350. Thank you, Lexus.
