It took three hours for an oil change with an appointment. No car wash, no discount on oil change but a promise to wash the car next time. Service is key for me but not at the cost of my time. I own three Lexus. Jimmy Hudson should communicate better and do more. In addition, jim Hudson Lexus, the AC is not working and was working when I brought it in for an oil change.
