The sales and service department have been there for me more than once. I have purchased several trucks from them and they always take care of my service needs.
This is a update I bought a Yukon Denali from the used car department. The vehicle had minor wear on dash icons like a/c cruise control and other buttons plus two big cracks in the dash. Our salesman told us all repairs would be done prior to us signing for vehicle. At the signing we were told the parts had been ordered and should be a here in a few days that was 12-10-2015 we are still receiving the run around close to four months later. Buyers beware! ! Cadillac Service just quoted me $3800 to rebuild a transmission on a 2004 Cadillac with 65,000 miles on it. OMG - it drives fine with no notice of a transmission problem, but the "Service Engine Soon" light was on. I took it by a transmission shop for a transmission fluid change and it's still driving and shifting fine. New Transmission quote was $4,200. Do be aware of extremely high service quotes.
