Took my car here to get service had 2 different leaks John Stevens what's my advisor even though I called just about every day to check on the status of my vehicle he was very patient and very helpful my car was fixed right the very first time no more leaks back on the road the price was a little pricey but I am willing to pay for good work will be coming back here if I ever have another major problem that I cannot fix kudos to John Stevens great guy
I came in for a scheduled oil change and arrived on time. When I checked in, it took a while for someone to assist me because the staff was busy, which I completely understood. Before leaving my vehicle, I specifically asked about the estimated wait time. Let me bullet-point this review: -The sale was handled by Jim Quance in a very personable and professional manner. His experience and knowledge gave us the security and confidence that are needs were always considered in the sales process. We enjoyed hands-on attention and advice through the entire process. -We needed two 2026 models so nation-wide inventory was scarce as they had moved on to the 2027 models. I just purchased my second Escalade with Jim Quance and have to say they go above and beyond. The experience was easy and they offered one of the best values and service in the market. If you want no nonsense and an easy transaction on an Escalade you found the place. We look forward to our next one!!
Admittedly our first interaction with them was rocky to say the least in regards to our trade we purchased from them that we were utilizing on the purchase of a new Escalade. I got upset and they handled me with class and patience. Ultimately they did the right thing and were accountable for their mistake on my trade. In this type of business that is unheard of and I really appreciate them making it right. We love our new one and look forward to continuing business in future.
