The service was excellent and I’m well pleased
When I arrived at the service department. At Jim Hudson Cadillac North Augusta. I was greeted by a friendly young man by the door that took my information and told me that I will be assign to one of their agents, her name was Babs. While I was waiting for my turn, I was impressed by the organization of the service department. That each customer had an agent to personally take care of their service needs to get their cars taken care of. Babs was very helpful in keeping me updated on my car while I waited. The service was good by Daryl. The mechanic time it took to service took a very long time and still did not complete all. It was hectic that day we had service and an appointment.
