I just purchased my second Escalade with Jim Quance and have to say they go above and beyond. The experience was easy and they offered one of the best values and service in the market. If you want no nonsense and an easy transaction on an Escalade you found the place. We look forward to our next one!!
Admittedly our first interaction with them was rocky to say the least in regards to our trade we purchased from them that we were utilizing on the purchase of a new Escalade. I got upset and they handled me with class and patience. Ultimately they did the right thing and were accountable for their mistake on my trade. In this type of business that is unheard of and I really appreciate them making it right. We love our new one and look forward to continuing business in future.
Warning to buyers this dealership sold me a 640 hp Cadillac with dangerous tires, which is seven years old original tires that are structurally bad. Their own staff member Travis stated to me that he felt the bubbles in the tire, I sent photos of how bad the tires was and directed to the general manager an that is Jason Vegas. Scheduled an appointment to get an oil change and TPMS service done this morning. I signed up for 10:15 AM Saturday 05/16 with a loaner. Got there and was told they tried to call to let me know they didn’t have loaners but they would do their best to get me out of there quickly. They also suggested rotating and balancing my tires for $39.95 which I did because we are going on a trip. We left at 12:45 PM and the only service we actually got was an oil change.
