Yesterday I took my 2024 Cadillac in for a required oil change. I arrived at 12:15 for a 12:30 appointment. I wasn't able to leave until after 5 pm. I declined the tire rotation and car wash because it would have been after 6 pm before I could leave. I find the customer service staff to be very friendly and professional. However the number of cars lined up for service must have been a great deal higher than what the mechanics could handle.
