Dr. Hong is a caring and knowledgeable physician who takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I never feel rushed during visits, and the staff is always friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!
Dr Hong has been my Dr for 18 + years he's seen me grow from different s y ages of my life the biggest one where God gave is both a chance to know each other in a totally different aspect through the miracles of God he's not only a physician he's a great human being who really does care about your health in every aspect of your life and his team MS Shirly And Kaylee you can't get a more caring health team then Dr Jim Hong .
Dr. Hong is rude, condescending and has serious social skills as well as time manganment problems. Typical wait is 45 min to an hour. Probably one of the most worthless medical professionals to waste my time. I feel sorry for the ladies in the office working for him. The way he spoke to them was appalling as well.
