I used Jim for four different new unit installs, or two units in each house I have lived in. He was about 10-15% lower in cost and in the first house things went well. Something has changed and I have had issues with both units (less than 3 years old) and he will not come out, will not return texts or phone calls.
Great business and Jim Hill is a super nice guy! It was freezing cold in my house since my heater broke - I had to get a new unit. He charged me a very reasonable price (much cheaper than other places we had researched) and worked hard to get the job done. He got the new unit installed in a day and I cannot thank him and his team enough. I will definitely recommend him and his business! Thank you!!!
Had a new heat and air system installed by Jim Hill Heating and Air based on recommendation from co-worker. The system he installed has not worked properly since it was installed. Called Jim several times within the first couple of weeks of installation. He showed up on several occasions but could not figure out the problem.
