I will never buy another trailer from Jim hawk! I was sent to Jim Hawke on a referral. You would think that they would treat somebody that only owns one truck with the same respect as somebody that owns 10 trucks, etc. but not in this case Jason fisher was the sales representative. I have run into more issues with this unit than I did with my 2016 utility Carrier 7400x3 countless hours of unnecessary downtime and travel to fix issues. Great mechanics , excellent work Super fast. I called and spoke with Pete on Friday , they got the trailer inspected and changed the level valve in less then an hour . Thank you so much
