I came here to replace the trailer's clearance light, and asked, "I don't have time, only 30 minutes, how can you take care of it?" "Come on, I'm looking for someone else," they took me in and kept me waiting for 2 hours. "2 hours to replace a small light bulb is not serious, and they don't respect the customer's time!"

So I contacted Jim Hawk, Trailer, and Truck Service because I had an issue with my truck. I went to the local dealer here and they wanted way too much money to fix the issue after contacting Jim Hawk and their service manager he told me to come in and they can look at the issue and they gave me a decent price. When I say a decent price it was less than half of what the dealer wanted They performed the work. They did a great job on it.
