Honestly one of the best dealerships I have ever done business with. Incredible atmosphere and possitive energy from the second we arrived. Our salesman Kayden handled everything perfectly and was excellent to deal with. If you plan on buying a new lincoln and you don't buy it at Hansen you are likely making a big mistake. Hansen Ford offers incentives when purchasing a vehicle and then takes them away a couple of months after purchase. When asked repeatedly during the buying process what happens if this incentive goes away and told that it will not as it is written everywhere and once you buy the vehicle it is for life if you owing the vehicle. It just goes to show Hansen will go back on their word and we will never purchase from them again as they are not honest people. Worst customer service in the business. They don't return calls. Their rude in person. I don't understand how this dealership stays in business. Go to Windsor Ford. Much better at what they do
