I dont even know where to begin. I have had a 3 year battle with them " putting bandaids" on my Lincoln, them caught lying multiple times about my car. does not honor warrenty without a fight, im sure waiting for the day my warranty was to expire to slap me with significant bills. Absolutely untrustworthy, Will never recommend.
Had some warranty work done here. Recommended that another task get completed but no rush. Took it to a different dealership for an oil change and was told about the same problem. They questioned why I didn't get it done because it would have been under warranty if I got it done when it was initially flagged. Apart from that I have no complaints and would bring vehicles here for service.
Most arrogant sales staff I've ever dealt with in my life. Scummy culture here.
