Absolutely amazing experience at Hansen Ford! Troy Testawich was phenomenal—he made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and even fun. I never felt pressured, and his professionalism and friendliness truly stood out. Dustin Leslie clearly explained all of my financing options and was super helpful, and Colin O’Day followed up after the sale with his contact info, which I appreciated. I’ve always been a Dodge buyer, but thanks to Troy and the incredible team at Hansen, I’m officially a Ford fan now!
I can confidently say that Hansen Ford is the best dealership around! They have a great team, great perks & great music! I'm especially grateful to my salesman, Troy, for making the entire process seamless. He answered all my questions, addressed my concerns, and even went the extra mile to locate nicer bolts for my license plate so I didn't have to use the rusty ones I had on my new vehicle lol Overall, a 10/10 experience, and a big thank you to Alli in finance for being amazing and also providing snacks! :)
I just purchased a vehicle and was very impressed with all the little extra perks you get with Hanson ford. They were very friendly and thorough with the knowledge of the vehicle. And they even let both my kids pick a prize from the money madness machine. I will be a returning customer for future purchases
Inquired about a new super duty and got a text from 2 salesmen the last asking to call me, I said I can’t talk on the phone at the moment but I can text cause I’m running a piece of iron and then I get ghosted. Guess I’ll buy elsewhere.
Bought my car from Jason and the whole thing was super easy. No pressure, super relaxed, and he took the time to answer all my questions. Carli and Nick were both awesome too, really helpful and made everything go smoothly.
