So unprofessional. I will never try to deal with this Lincoln dealership again. Some other dealership will get the privilege of trading my 2021 Lincoln Corsair for me. Horrible service, don't listen to their customers, just outright lie to them. Total lack of respect. And to add to your reply, I have used your service for my truck, and to clarify my comment, it was my wife trying to trade her 2021 corsair with 18500 kms on it for a new one. If you want my contact info and to discuss this in person, I will gladly supply it to you and meet with you in person ! She was a potential customer that your staff didnt think they should be helping i guess !
I have been taking my 2021 F150 for service here at Hansen for a couple years now. My most recent visit was exceptional, so I figured I should let other's know about my experience. Taylor did a great job at answering any questions I had during the inspection quickly over text, and would constantly give me updates without me having to constantly ask for them. I will definitely continue returning here for any service for my current vehicle, and any other future Ford vehicles I will own.
