I actually had a pretty decent buying experience.. but from there on it seemed the service went downhill. I was over promised underdelivered for sure. Our salesperson went on and on about all the great things that come from buying a new/pre-owned vehicle, however I did not actually recieve any of it and was basically rushed out the day I got my truck cause our salesperson was to busy with someone else. Bought a used vehicle from Hansens last week and overall was very happy with the experience. The price was transparent and my salesperson, Chris, was easy to deal with and very responsive to my questions. I also appreciate that there wasn't much pressure to purchase. Chris respected that I knew what I wanted and we were able to get the deal done relatively easy. Would buy from them again in the future if this vehicle works out.

This place rocks! Super responsive, not pushy, and overall a pleasure to deal with. I was dreading the experience of buying a new vehicle, but Chris Sebastian made it a smooth process, including having the vehicle delivered from GP to Edmonton. Forget buying a vehicle from the big dealerships in the city, go to Hansen Ford and ask for Chris.

We recently bought a Lincoln Aviator from Hansen Lincoln in Grande Prairie. Our salesman, Chris, was very friendly, professional, accommodating and helpful. If Chris wasn't able to answer a question for us, he found out the answer and responded to us in a timely fashion. I would recommend him to everyone. Alli, their Finance Manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful with our purchase. She explained all the options and made sure we understood what was available with our purchase.
