My first time going to Hansen Ford for service. The customer service was great, there is a minor misunderstanding due to tire swap and mounting but they had made it up to me and fixed it right away. All in all it was a great experience. Grant, was the manager that made it easy for me.
Dropped work truck off at 630am Friday for appointment to swap tires over (from winters to summer) and check out an intermittent check engine light. Call at 4pm, just started working on it, wont be done today sorry, will make sure you get it tomorrow. Saturday no phone call. Call at 330pm, find out they closed at 2pm. Service department closed on sundays. At this point they had the truck for 3 days to change over tires and plug in a code reader. Completely unacceptable. Bought a $70,000 truck called to book a service told 6 weeks out. Do better! Hansen Ford Lincoln what is your definition of instant availability? 1 week 2 weeks 6 weeks? Let’s go over how this interaction went and how it could have went. The situation called on April 14th for a service and a 6-8 hour safety recall. I had to order a part from Ford a very small but expensive Ford part, the pricing is not theirs to control but it's thecreason for only 4 stars. The services department was great and stayed a little later on a Saturday so I could make the 2 hour drive to get the part picked up. And refunded the delivery fee before I even got there for pick up. Thanks to the service department for the great service.
