I had to order a part from Ford a very small but expensive Ford part, the pricing is not theirs to control but it's thecreason for only 4 stars. The services department was great and stayed a little later on a Saturday so I could make the 2 hour drive to get the part picked up. And refunded the delivery fee before I even got there for pick up. Thanks to the service department for the great service.

Hansen Ford offers incentives when purchasing a vehicle and then takes them away a couple of months after purchase. When asked repeatedly during the buying process what happens if this incentive goes away and told that it will not as it is written everywhere and once you buy the vehicle it is for life if you owing the vehicle. It just goes to show Hansen will go back on their word and we will never purchase from them again as they are not honest people. Honestly one of the best dealerships I have ever done business with. Incredible atmosphere and possitive energy from the second we arrived. Our salesman Kayden handled everything perfectly and was excellent to deal with. If you plan on buying a new lincoln and you don't buy it at Hansen you are likely making a big mistake.
