Jim and his team consistently provide timely and accurate information at reasonable prices.
Atrocious communication from Jim's team and an inability for them to follow very simple instructions and get email addresses right resulted in them "refunding" a year of our fees and firing us as a client. Shocker... it came just before a $750 fine from the IRS because Jim's team didn't actually file ANY of our 401k paperwork. But of course it's everyone's fault but Jim ... despite all of the documentation demonstrating otherwise. Next step, looks like our attorney will have to handle. Avoid at all costs.
