They do a great job of cleaning but a terrible job with bookkeeping. My last appointment was October 12, 2023; I received a voicemail from them on August 18, 2025 saying that I owe them $815. Once I showed Polles Dental the receipts on August 19, 2025 dating back to 2021- they supposedly cleared my account. I received another email on August 25, 2025 that I still owe them money. I really hate changing my review from a 5 star to 1 star but Polles Dental needs to get their affairs in order.
Was taken on time, quality of the tooth cleaning was excellent.

Dr. Jim Polles and wife Megan along with their amazing staff are the BEST! I enjoy my visits. Everyone is so friendly and fun. High tech and very informative!! I highly recommend- I give them 10 stars!!! 🤩😁🦷🪥
