DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Sold us a $30,000 undrivable and unsafe car. 2 months of being in the shop, $7000 in repairs, $5000 in payments, over $2500 in personal rental vehicles (dealership wouldnt provide), 3 incidences of incredibly dangerous close calls from vehicular shutdowns and malfunctioning, 3 strandings, and only 6 MONTHS after purchase. I have been going to Jim Glover’s service department for 5 years. I have never had a bad experience! The service is top notch. Brooklyn is my contact there. She knows her stuff! She takes care of my vehicle and explains everything along the way whether an oil change or a repair. I have complete confidence in her.
Had a concern with my jeep, they got me in the next day and I just planned on waiting at the dealership until they figured it out, but life had other plans and an emergency came up. They were quick and very understanding and helped me get a ride to get where I needed to be. The service department there is top tier and the friendliest!
I have to give Jim Glover a 5 star review, Jerod Glover texted and call me and gave me top dollar for my trade in, It meant a lot for the owner of a business to call you and ask for your business, And Jerod E. and Ricky C. were of great help in not only walking me through the trans action but answered all my questions, I meet Brooklynn as well in the service dept and will be looking forward to getting my Jeep serviced through her as well. *** glover used to be a quality place until recently.. im 100% disabled veteran on limited Income and now since the fiance department failed to do any of their jobs I just paid 800 dollar car payment on a car I no longer have all because the job glover fiance guy is horrible! Do yourself a favor and go to *******************..he is involved and cares unlike ***** who only cares about ***** and his money he screed people out of.*** glover will cause more heartache than help
