Horrible communication and service took way longer than I was told, even with an appointment that I was 30 min early for. Do not recommend. Specifically Amie Sims was rude, and gave me all kinds of excuses why it wasn’t their problem it’s taking so long.
Went there to pickup a Isuzu NRR for transport and spoke with one gentleman and ended up stepping into Mr Barry Bowles office and when i tell you the BEST service EVER. It was an icy day so the lot was not fit for any traffic and if i recall i think they were about to close at 12 noon due to the weather conditions. Mr Barry help me get my truck pulled into the shop and then did a DOT inspection before i hit the road heading into Kansas. Truly grateful i ran into you Mr Bowles
