Massive crooks! They kept taking more money out of my account every month with no explanation why! I had them 3 months and dropped them! Will never use them again!

Drop us after 40 plus years because we file 3 claims. State Farm only paid for our storm damage roof. Zero on the shower linkage. We have paid them thousands of dollars. They only paid $6,000 toward our new roof. They are not a good neighbor.

Horrible auto claims experience. I had to pay out of pocket around $1,500. What’s the point of having collision insurance if they don’t actually cover you? Not to mention, they took many days to actually getting around to looking at my claim. I’m going to switch insurance companies as soon as I can.

State Farm as a whole does not even deserve one star. We filed a home claim on May 7, 2021. It has been a complete nightmare for almost three months. We have been loyal customers of State Farm for eighteen years and that means nothing. They refuse to call our claim what it is, which is a burst pipe. Instead they are saying it was a slow leak caused by wear over time. My handyman who has been doing this work for many years has seen many burst pipes just like ours. I would like to add my experience to these negative reviews. I have had State Farm insurance since I was 16 years old, now almost 62. I have never missed a payment for homeowners or auto insurance. When I had water damage in my home last year, my agent Kurt *** directed me to a company to do the repairs. This company told me I had asbestos damage and ended up doing a huge amount of extremely costly repairs to my home, which ended up being a big pay out for them. Tried to get insurance on a 2002 Honda Accord and they tried to up charge me for a wreck in 2016 and I’ve only owned the car for 5 months. I brought this up and they said they recorded the call and that I’ve driven without insurance. Not to mention they wanted 400$ a month for liability. I own the car

I was insured with this company for 15+ years no accidents. I recently got into an accident, so now they wont renew my policy. What a joke! they suck you dry for that long but when you need help they will leave you high and dry when that renewal comes around. I never thought i would be in this situation as if i've been reckless with driving. We had car accidents last sunday 7/25 is not our fault and State Farm don’t want rent a car for my husband work ! Is ridiculous. Is worth insurance !
