Mike Estrada's State Farm agency based out of ******** **: This State Farm agency has gone so far downhill in the past few years that it is unrecognizable from where it was years ago. Joe and Mike (Joe especially) will do everything they can to charm you and say the things you want to hear about “getting it done” yet struggle immensely to meet basic deadlines or communicate in a timely manner. A deer got my car a month and gage ago and I’m still waiting on them to get it fixed took it to the shop I use they took pictures and estimate and sent it to State Farm waited over three weeks no one heard a thing from them I called them and they wanted me to take picture and send them told them I couldn’t do that so two weeks ago they said someone would have to come and look at it The shop all ready has it at 12,000 damage I have to have a car for my Dr appointment so it is wired together with zip ties and the engine light ... read more

There is no option to give the company of incompetent people zero star. The customer service provide no customer service. There is no assistance or whatsoever. People got hired to pick up the phone and put you on hold or kick the balls around. Wasting all day talking on the phone with several people while I am in pain from a car accident. None of them even care to ask if I am okay or hurt. They don't really help. They just pick up the phone and tell you to call this number and that number. Useless people! Worst customer service. I can't get anywhere with them. They promised me a refund and they ever time I speak to a representative they reassure me I will get it yet I have not! I canceled a car and they are still charging me for the car that I don't have! It's robbery!!!!

They have the worst customer service now. I got 4 different quotes from different agents ranging from double to quadruple my previous rate. They lie and bait and switch. They should be investigated for fraud at this point. Terrible company.

My house was hit by an F4 Tornado in March of 2021. It is now December and State Farm will still not release my policy amounts. They originally under quoted the damage to my home. My contractor had to come back in and requote the damage to my home. The new quote was submitted to State Farm in September and they have still failed to approve the policy limit amounts. This is the worst service. They did not begin their requote process until October 16th. They stated they would have it completed 4 weeks later. We are now 8 weeks... read more

Good evening State Farm Team, I would like to understand why you guys are not paying the entire payoff amount when one of your insurers driving under the influence destroyed my car. Why do I have to be responsible when she is the one that caused all of this mess. I felt offended today when one of your agents asked me if I have gap insurance to cover the difference between what you are paying and what I owe. This was her fault so why do I have to pay extra for her mistake. Please help me understand. Thank you in advance.

We have had State Farm Auto, Home and Life Insurance for 40+ years. We assumed we did everything right in protecting ourselves from a catastrophic event that we could not afford to pay for. We have never had a large home insurance claim until July, 2021. We returned after a week-long vacation to find water in our basement from our footer drains.
