Reggie is aggressive and came off with unbiased racism . I came here today , had everything ready. Got the cheque for the downpayment and all documents . The guy who helped me, Reggie, was very aggressive . I just wanted a fair deal for my car with trade in and a discount on the new car . I had done extensive research before coming in . Two and a half years ago, I bought a new car from this dealership. And my problems with the service haven't ended. It feels like the people working there are completely incompetent, who have no idea what customer service or basic respect for customers means.
