Has been an absolute nightmare dealing with them. They took my truck in for a front end repair job after my vehicle had been hit pretty hard. First issue I had is my truck already had to go back for an incomplete wrap job that I am currently still waiting over a month to be taken back. And after 3 weeks that wrap is already starting to peel and rip off. It was hard to find because the street names are very confusing.. nevertheless I was completely pleased with the service I received from Gauthier Collision Centre. They were courteous friendly and got the job done as and when they said they would. When I pick my car up it was sparkling clean inside and out - like a new car . I have no use for the budget Rent-A-Car Office attached to the building but it is not owned by Gauthier. I will return for my next collision repair .

We got some repairs done after a car accident and it was done very nicely. There were some issues with the front desk staff however. She was extremely rude and would not listen to the insurance lady or the other staff who were trying to help her at the shop. She yelled at us as well as the other lady and overall it came off as very unprofessional. Everyone else was extremely helpful however and they repaired the car very well.
