Jim Ellis Volkswagen of Atlanta is terrible The only reason that I come here is because it's convenient. They have a shuttle that runs to MARTA, so it's the only way I can take my car to the dealer without being stuck. I have had numerous repeat problems that they have not fully fixed and they won't look into the problem further without charging me. Even when they did find the route of the problem, my car was conveniently out of warranty by then and they wanted to charge me for it.
DO NOT BUY FROM JIM ELLIS AUDI-BOB HARRIS IS AWFUL! I contacted Jim Ellis Audi to inquire about purchasing a car. The internet sales manager, Bob Harris, responded back to me inquiry about the best price he could offer me with the RUDEST email I think I've ever seen. I was so surprised by how unprofessional and condescending he was. I wasn't even a customer yet. He was trying to earn my business. We leased a Tiguan from this dealership just over 3 years ago and they are the most professional dealership I have ever dealt with. We turned our lease in recently and having had the best experience from sales, service, and lease turn in that one could possibly have. They also have the cosiest waiting rooms!

Long story short, they charged me $300 for something that they didn't even do. I went to the dealer because my check engine light was on and only the dealer could reprogram the issue. When I got there, they told me that my waste gate valve needed replacing, so they replaced it. When they were finished with that they told me that my whole turbo needed replacing. I decided to take it to a mechanic, because they were going to charge me $3,000. When I got to my mechanic he said that the waste gate valve had not been replaced. I ... read more
