My service advisor, Mercier, couldn't have been any more helpful. I got checked in early and was on my way back to my office five minutes later. I received text updates and a very helpful walkaround video update from the technician who worked on my vehicle. To top it off and go the extra mile, they brought me my vehicle once the service was done (my office is about 0.5 miles away and it was pouring out today, so I really appreciated it). Can't say enough great things about this dealership and my advisor, Mercier.
Communicated with me on item shipment and kept me updated. Parts were received as described.
Ordered online for a part. Was a little skeptical but it was legit and they brought me the right part for good price. They are bookmarked so that I know who to order from in the future
Everytime I come here I leave with steam coming out of my ears. The service department of a dealership is a perfect opportunity for building customer loyalty and Jim Ellis Hyundai repeatedly misses the mark. Very disorganized, with no clear system for how to pull in or check in, resulting in super long wait times, in spite of having booked an appointment and only needing regular maintenance. I used to live in the area of this dealer many years ago, and while I've never purchased a vehicle from this dealer, I always trusted their parts department for all of my self-replaceable parts needs! They have incredibly competitive pricing, and their staff is always willing to help you find what you need. About 5 years ago, I moved to South Carolina, but thankfully they also provide internet sales!
