I rarely leave negative reviews, but the experience I had with this dealership was, by far, the worst customer service I've ever encountered. While I'm sure the sales team puts their best foot forward when you're buying a car, their service and repair department tells a completely different story. We put in an offer for a used car to the internet sales manager. To date, we have not heard back and we have texted and called a number of times to the person that originally reached out to us. Disappointing. If the offer is too low, at least acknowledge that, instead of ignoring us. That is bad policy all the way around and I hope that is not reflective of the entire dealership.
