Not a good place for trucks, or cars for that matter. I when I booked my service appointment, they estimated three days to change the difference fluid, I should have known something was off. I brought the van in anyways, they told me I could wait, and I waited an hour in a half, and then they bring it out to me after having only done an oil change. They didn't even bother to put he request for the diff fluid in the computer, and they didn't do it. By not putting it in the computer they could dodge responsibility. This wasn't... read more
I had the mobile service where the tech came to my house and did “The works” oil change including inspection and tire rotation. Very convenient, reasonable price, arrived on time, competent tech, all good. Good comms from David Attal at Jim Ellis. I’ll be using this service next time. Thanks!
