Service has gone downhill since Jim sold the business. Unfortunately, they’ve kept his name, but not his standards. Like another reviewer mentioned, we had the same issue—a technician came out but didn’t fix the problem. A second technician had to come to resolve it, and we were then billed for two separate visits, with the company insisting these were unrelated issues. When we questioned this, they were unapologetic about this dishonest and misleading practice. We won’t be using them again.

Used Jim Duke service company twice for my Victoria Arduino E1P. The first time, it went in for a leak after just a couple months of use. Jim Duke was able to get it repaired (took something like 2-3 weeks), however the stainless steel surface of the group head had minor scratches coming out of the repair. They also refused to service the machine onsite because I'm not a commercial user, which sucks because the e1p isn't exactly lightweight. The second time, it went in for a faulty pump pressure transducer and weak pump pres... read more
