They were offering a very good value for the price. They were easy to work with and were not high pressure and we were able to come to an agreement. I did check out similar models at other dealers and felt that they provided the best vehicle at a reasonable price, but I felt most comfortable with this dealer.
Fantastic people, and a very smooth process purchasing a vehicle.
Vehicle had not yet been through yhe process, i.e. Inspection, detail, etc. The Fealership never got back to me on a Vehicle I may have purchased and I emded up buying a bit more expensive from a Dealership that enthusiastically responded to my inquiry.

Dealer responded to work with me on a deal. I chose another vehicle but the dealer was responsive.
I stopped by and looked the car over and found the car unsatisfactory. The interior smelled back and there was a fair amount of grime. Even though the car has low miles it's been used hard. That 2012 Buick LaCrosse was way over price for its condition.
