Everything was great. I was offered more than I expected for my trade in. There was no hassle processing anything. Ethan even brought me a drink of water while I was on the phone with my insurance company near the end. That was the best touch because he remembered. I am more than happy with my experience.

Too much contact through email and text from numerous people who didnt know how to communicate between themselves. Very friendly in person but not very knowledgeable.
Good experience beginning to end. Went through the Costco program and it was honored as expected. Worked with 2 different salepeople and both were great. Happy with value on trade. Easy experience and would gladly go back. I don't say that about many dealerships I've had experience with.
