Very nice people to work with. Had trouble with my used truck I had just bought and I was over 2 hours away from their dealership and Don arranged for it to be fixed at a dealership near me at no cost. look up Spencer to sell you your vehicle. FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT SERVICE AT A FAIR PRICE.
They will sell the car you have an appointment to come get, then text you a few hours before you’re supposed to come get it to inform you that it has been sold and their policy is a $500 non-refundable deposit to hold it. I had already test driven the vehicle and been told absolutely nothing about this policy. I was just waiting for them to service the vehicle. The salesman told me that “it must not have been meant to be!” Not a good way to run a business.

THEY TAKE CARE OF THERE CUSTOMERS.
We have always had great service and vehicles from Dobsons Ford. Haven't even considered going anywhere else. Our first vehicle was a 86 Tempo and now we are still driving Ford's, 14 Edge. We may look around but go back and have Dobsons hunt it for us!! Thanks Dobsons!!!
