Jim Dahl is amazing! He worked with us to sell our site at Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort and also to buy a home in Summerlin. He did a great job of keeping us connected with both Title companies as well as our Mortgage lender. We knew nothing about the buying/selling requirements in Nevada. He answered all of our questions and was with us all the way.

What do you do when you HAVE to buy property in the hottest market in history? Call Jim Dahl!! We were in a position where we had to purchase a home in Las Vegas, in a very short time frame. Now you'd think buying a house would be fun! NOT IN THIS MARKET!! We had a 47K over asking rejected. We drove to so many houses, made so many offers! It was a nightmare!
